for corporate law firm attorneys

InMotion offers free, CLE-accredited, live trainings throughout the year in matrimonial, family and immigration law. Training sessions include a special focus on both the impact of domestic violence on the lives of survivors and the challenges faced by immigrants.

Upon completing a training seminar, corporate law firm attorneys commit to taking a pro bono case either individually or as part of a team of two or more attorneys. Detailed practice manuals and sample documents are provided.

Our experienced staff attorneys are on hand to answer questions and review documents throughout your inMotion case. Training videos are available for individuals who are unable to attend one of our scheduled training sessions.

Corporate law firm attorneys not yet admitted to the New York bar can take a case under the supervision of an admitted corporate  law firm attorney pursuant to inMotion’s Student Practice Order. Contact inMotion for more information at CLEtranings@inmotiononline.org.

Your commitment
Trainings are offered to corporate law firm attorneys who are willing to take an inMotion pro bono case immediately following the completion of the training course.

Pre-registration is required for all trainings.
