InMotion seeks part-time paralegals or law students to assist with inMotion’s work to secure immigration benefits for its clients. Immigration interns work under the direction of inMotion’s staff attorneys in our Bronx or Manhattan offices. This position requires 15–20 hours per week. Learn more.

The Joan L. Ellenbogen Memorial Fellowship 
Legal Services—Fall semester 
InMotion seeks a current third-year law student or graduate of a New York State law school who is interested in matrimonial law. Current students are expected to work 20 hours per week for ten weeks.  Graduates are expected to work 30 hours per week for ten weeks.  The Fellowship will take place from September 13 through November 19, 2010. InMotion seeks attorneys and law school graduates to volunteer full time for a public interest fellowship. The fellowship is an excellent opportunity for an attorney on sabbatical from a law firm or a law school graduate whose law firm has delayed the start date for his or her employment at the firm.
