Silent Auction Attendants position — 5:00–8:30 pm

- Volunteers will assist guests with silent auction bidding
- Volunteers will answer art and event questions from guests
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are friendly and outgoing
- Volunteers will be standing during this job

Greeters position — 5:00–7:15 pm
(exact time and duration may vary slightly)

- Volunteers will greet guests when they arrive and answer event questions
- Volunteers may assist Check-in staff with crowd control and handing out auction catalogs
- Volunteers will encourage guests to be seated on time
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are friendly, outgoing and comfortable working independently
- Volunteers will be standing during this job

- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are very attentive, responsible and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Volunteers will be standing during this job and may want to eat dinner before arriving

Seating and Raffle Collection position — 6:00–8:45 pm

- Volunteers will direct guests to their tables
- Volunteers will collect business cards from guests for a raffle drawing
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented and responsible
- Volunteers will be standing during this job

Live Auction Payment Runners position — 6:00–9:30 pm

- Volunteers will collect payment and personal information from Live Auction winners at their tables
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are very attentive, detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Volunteers will be standing during this job and may want to eat dinner before arriving

Photo Packing position — 6:45–9:30 pm
(exact time and duration may vary slightly)

- Volunteers will pack auction artwork for guests to bring home
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are detail-oriented and comfortable with moderate physical activity
- Volunteers will be standing during this job and may want to eat dinner before arriving; casual attire is suggested

Event Breakdown position — 9:15–10:45 pm
(exact time and duration may vary slightly)
|
- Volunteers will collect supplies as each event area closes
- We are looking for punctual volunteers who are responsible and comfortable with moderate physical activity
- Volunteers will be standing during this job and should eat dinner before arriving; casual attire is suggested
- Upon completion of duties, cab fare will be provided upon request

After their job is over, volunteers are invited to enjoy a buffet dinner. Please note that some volunteer jobs, such as being a "Live Auction Spotter" may not allow much time to enjoy the buffet dinner, and those volunteers will be advised to eat dinner before the event.
