The simple act of completing and sending this form to inMotion does NOT mean that inMotion or any lawyer connected to inMotion is or will be your attorney. We require anyone who wants to find an attorney through inMotion to complete our standard client intake procedures. This means that you must speak to a member of our staff or a trained inMotion volunteer and answer a series of detailed questions about your circumstances. Only then is it possible for an attorney-client relationship to be established.
